I hope those miles-long lines waiting for Covid testing aren’t going to represent Covid vaccine lines 6 months or so from now.
Hopefully the Biden administration will be able to come with a better distribution plan than this “insanity”.
Unfortunately, it looks like the Covid Act Now site is going to have to come up with a risk level worse than “Active or imminent outbreak” for their map to be of any interest: https://covidactnow.org/?s=1360346

Even the Sunday data isn’t good.
The only positives are: 1. Nationwide test positivity is below 10%, but that is a function of so many asymptomatic people testing before Thanksgiving; 2. Slight bend in the hospitalization curve. Still a significant increase today, but it’s beginning to slow in terms of growth. Let’s hope that this continues. We’ll have to wait until Tuesday to see if that is the case.
C-19 for 11-23 is ready.
