A reminder of the idiocy – in my view – of the extreme anti-vax crowd. See link below. I had forgotten that one of the most vocal anti-vaxxers – Cirsten Weldon – died of Covid. It’s important to be reminded that she and so many others needlessly died, AND, as influencers, caused needless harm and death to many others. I must say, this is my biggest problem with Marjorie Taylor Greene. While I understand the hesitancy of some to not vaccinate, I absolutely agree with you that folks who refuse to vaccinate are politically motivated area danger to themselves but more-so a danger to others. To me that danger is two fold…one, they have followers for whatever sad reason who do as they do…two, they don’t hesitate to socialize even knowing they have Covid.
That really did make sense in my head. Preparing for Easter #2 in a weeks time has me seeing double. Please Read above as if it makes some sort of sense despite missing words and typos.
The new message for MBTA riders:
“Masks/Face Coverings Encouraged”
That seems no problem at all as the vast majority of riders are still masking up as if that judge never ruled at all. From my observation, only one bus driver was maskless so far. I hope other public transit riders and employees in other cities are doing the same.
Boston riders clearly aren’t taking the bait, at least for now.
