    1. Thanks TK.
Thanks Joshua for sharing the article.

I don’t know what more this administration can do to get folks to vaccinate themselves and their children. It doesn’t help matters I suppose when we hear those who are fully vaccinated (including Biden) get Covid anyway.

You can lead a horse to water… 😉

    2. I’m now following. Thank you.

I absolutely agree re not being vaccinated strictly for political reasons. I believe that is the reason for a good numbers of folks. I do understand vaccine hesitancy for health reasons, especially for youngsters…..but even those in their 30s and 40s.

I also agree that the higher the number of vaccinations, the better off we are. But one very simple solution for those unvaccinated would be stay home. We are far too often our own worst enemies.

      1. Great question. I’ve been critical of a bidens approach also, but have been thinking of your question, Philip. What more could Biden do?

  1. Ssk. I just saw your answer re quarantine. My thought was that a hospital setting would be extra cautious. I know some folks are testing positive longer. From what I’ve read, it seems there is no certainty that the number of days automatically means a positive means you are not still contagious. Other than CDC that is, and I have lost most respect for that agency.

  2. There is an article in today’s Boston Herald that both Pfizer and Moderna will be rolling out their updated versions of boosters (Omicron specific) as early as September…and yet early this morning over the radio, I heard that only Moderna “may” have their version ready sometime in the winter.

For me personally, I hope the newspaper article is the one. I haven’t been vaccinated since back in February.

    1. I think I said somewhere I just moved my moderna #4 from Aug 10 to the 3rd. I’m not sure when services will be for my SIL and was afraid the 10th would interfere. I won’t have a new vax when it first comes out. The test groups are too small and there has been a history of not reporting all side effects.

  3. Vicki, can SSK go back to work as long as he feels like it and wears a mask even though he is still positive?

    1. I wasn’t really clear. Maybe SSK can let us know.

I’m also wondering if a positive home test carries the same weight as a PCR
