    1. Ironically, I am listening to the Maroon 5 CD that contains the song Sunday Morning right now, which of course contains the line you just said.

My playlist this morning includes that, and 2 other CDs that have songs called “Sunday Morning” on them (3 completely different songs btw). The other 2 artists are Julian Lennon and No Doubt.

  1. Dusting of snow on the ground in Fairbanks, AK !

Ice Road Truckers must be getting ready to deliver loads to the north slope soon.

    1. They need to change up the plays. Buffalo knows what we are doing before we do it. They even used one of our plays against us. Other than that we are playing ugly. Hoping half makes the difference

      1. Lets hope so Vicki! I’m finding myself watching more of the Ryder Cup than the Pats…so many close matches!

      2. There are so many pats players I really liked but if I could only pick one I’d say wilfork. Not for best. Not for any reason other than he is just in the game every step,of the way……….not to mention he just makes me smile

        1. Love Wilfork, hes a beast. Pats turned this one around in a hurry!

On a weather note, skies brightening in North Attleboro after a steady rain most of the day. Looking at radar, a few heavier showers flaring up in south central CT and look to be pinwheeling up into our area in a few hours. I think any clearning will be short-lived

          1. Saw that too Ace. Sun is out with blue sky here. Am planning dinner on the porch need some outside air for the weekend.

  2. Patriots win. 🙂

Sun came out in Sudbury about an hr. or so ago. Wonder if those showers will come this way.

    1. Sun has not been out here at all this weekend. Decent day tomorrow, before the next system on tuesday. I saw the weekend could be in the 80s.

      1. I,saw your name and remembered to check acorns. We have two huge elms at far boundary of back yard. I was suprised some of their, leaves are down since they hold them forever but not more than a dozen or a few more acorns. I walked down the street where my grandson loves to collect the acorns to throw down the storm drain and there were far fewer than normal there. I can’t remember if its early though

    1. We had sun for several hours. My daughter just sent a picture of a spectacular double rainbow somewhere around Uxbridge.

We are watching Ryder’s cup behind and I’m cracking up that the announcers are having trouble with mcilroys arrival yet rory is handling himself beautifully.

  3. Great early fall afternoon. Nice weekend ends temp 57 but with DP 55 feels warmer. Just sat outside and watched kids and grandson put up some of the Halloween decorations. I absolutely love the start of the holiday season.

  4. Wish golf would have more team events like the Ryder Cup. Sometimes I feel golf is way too individual and turns some people off. Theres so much more emotion and comradary in the Ryder Cup. Its a nice change from the sometimes emotionless and boring regular individual events.

    1. I do enjoy the team events. There’s another one I can’t think of that I really like where they wear a microphone and you can hear the banter. They are more serious in the Ryder cup but still fun. I just saw breaking news with the results. Mac doesn’t know. If you haven’t seen the end don’t look either.

      1. hahaha, yes i saw it live, i was keeping the results from u just in case u didnt want to know. I think the other event u are thinking of is the Skins Game where each hole, or “skin” is worth a certain amt of $$. I believe all the money goes to the charity of the golfers choice. Thats a really fun event

        1. YES. You are right. Shame on mac for not remembering. I love the skins game. Thanks for keeping results. I won’t say anything in case JJ is watching delayed. My fun is watching with mac and not letting on I know the outcome………us non golfers have to make our own fun 😀

  5. Digesting the last of the info I need to postulate predict and formulate The Week Ahead. Working on it soon. Sending it by 9PM if all goes well.

    1. Where is Emily. She could have a field day with that comment 🙂 🙂 😀

And as always TK. Thank you very much!

  6. Well, like fast food, it was done and consumed rather quickly. In other words, the blog is updated!

        1. Translation. Acid rain on the way ?

Ok I’m bad at this. Off to see the update. I think I just gave everyone a stomach ache

  7. great patriot game. 2 running backs having over 100 yard rushing and 2 recievers over 100 yards rushing and even tom brady running in for a touchdown. our defense did give up alot of yards though that secondary. but we did have alot of interceptions and 2 fumble recoveries.
