DAYS 1-5 (OCTOBER 21-25)…
Frontal boundary slipped to the south overnight and will remain there today, making today cooler and more cloudy than yesterday. A reversal tomorrow will put southeastern New England back into the warmer air before a cold front sweeps through from the west in the evening returning a chilly air mass to the region by Friday. A second front will rapidly cross the region Sunday and looks like it may have quick enough movement to be through the region on the earlier side.
TODAY: Mainly cloudy. A sprinkle of rain possible at times. Highs upper 50s to lower 60s. Wind light NE.
TONIGHT: Mainly cloudy. Patchy fog. Lows 50-55. Wind light variable.
THURSDAY: Mostly cloudy to partly sunny. Isolated to scattered rain showers especially late in the day. Highs 62-67 South Coast and Cape Cod, 68-73 elsewhere. Wind SW 10-20 MPH and gusty.
FRIDAY: Mostly sunny. Lows in the 40s. Highs in the 50s.
SATURDAY: Partly cloudy. Lows in the 30s. Highs in the 50s.
SUNDAY: Variably cloudy. AM rain showers. Lows in the 40s. Highs in the 50s.

Fair weather October 26-27. A period of unsettled weather possible October 28-30 but no early indications of any big storm. Temperatures near to above normal.

DAYS 11-15 (OCTOBER 31-NOVEMBER 4)…
Generally dry and milder than average.
