Much of the time will be rain-free in southern New England, but thunderstorms are possible in response to passing disturbances. Timing of these is always difficult but the current timing suggests Monday afternoon, Wednesday, and sometime over the weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Forecast for eastern MA, southern NH, RI&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>TODAY: Variably cloudy. Scattered showers and thunderstorms during the afternoon. Highs generally in the 80s. Wind N 5-15 MPH.<\/p>\n<p>TONIGHT: Variably cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms until midnight. Clearing overnight. Lows upper 50s to middle 60s. Wind N up to 10 MPH.<\/p>\n<p>TUESDAY: Mostly sunny. Highs in the middle to upper 80s.
