High pressure to our south pumps warmer air into the region today into Wednesday before a cold front cuts that off later Wednesday. The front will have limited moisture to work with so widespread showers and storms are not likely &#8211; just isolated to scattered activity late Wednesday, otherwise it&#8217;s dry weather for these two days. Thursday&#8217;s weather is cooler and there can be a pop up shower with an upper low in the vicinity. A stronger upper low and associated surface disturbance will drop southeastward out of Canada in the eastern trough position of an evolving omega block (high pressure middle of US, low pressure western US). This feature will bring us some wet weather later Friday into early Saturday, based on current timing. Details of this system still have to be worked out and will be done so over the next few blog updates!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TODAY: Mostly sunny. Highs 67-74 South Coast \/ Cape Cod, 75-82 elsewhere.
