The remains of Isaias will bring us a period of rain later today to the early hours of Monday as what is left of its low pressure area moves northeastward, elongating while passing south of our region. Drier weather returns Monday with some partial clearing, so it ends up not too bad a day overall. The next system dives east southeastward from Canada to bring us a chance of showers (maybe even a t-storm) later Tuesday, then exits into the western Atlantic with the return of dry weather to us for midweek, although I can’t rule out a quick shower Wednesday as a trough passes quickly through the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A little faster timing on the next system which presents a wet weather threat October 16. A shot of chilly air is expected to follow this for the October 17-18 weekend along with gusty wind, especially Saturday. Upper low pressure passing through during this time can trigger a few rain showers, even some mix \/ snow shower activity in higher elevation locations. Fair and more tranquil weather follows this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
