High pressure maintains control of our weather through the weekend. The only “interruption” will be two frontal boundaries that pass by during Friday, the first in the pre-dawn hours with some cloudiness and perhaps a sprinkle of rain, and the second later Friday with little fanfare other than a breeze and the introduction of a slightly cooler air mass after a prior warm-up. The weekend, which is one hour longer due to changing the clocks back 1 hour at 2:00 a.m. Sunday, will be dominated by high pressure, including Halloween evening which will be dry and cool with light winds for outdoor shenanigans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TONIGHT: Clear. Lows 32-39. Wind SW under 10 MPH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FRIDAY: Sun \/ cloud mix. Highs 65-72. Wind SW shifting to NW 5-15 MPH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
FRIDAY NIGHT: Mostly clear. Lows 33-40. Wind NW 5-15 MPH, higher gusts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SATURDAY: Mostly sunny. Highs 58-65. Wind NW 5-15 MPH, diminishing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SATURDAY NIGHT: Mostly clear. Lows 26-33 except 34-41 coastal & urban areas. Wind calm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SUNDAY: Sun and high clouds. Highs 56-63. Wind variable up to 10 MPH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
DAYS 6-10 (NOVEMBER 2-6)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Trend has been for the disturbances in the pipeline to look less and less impressive, and therefore associated rain chances to become minimal for November 2 & 4, to the point we may be looking at just fair weather and above normal temperatures as a ridge of high pressure becomes dominant next week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
DAYS 11-15 (NOVEMBER 7-11)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Medium range guidance trends have switched to a trough passing through with unsettled early period, and perhaps another late period, with fair weather otherwise. Taking all this with salt grains as medium range guidance performance has been iffy. Doesn’t look overly chilly, and doesn’t look overly stormy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
