The next 7 days will be a contrast, starting out with cold\/damp weather and ending with a taste of summer, after a cold upper level low pressure finally gives way to a building ridge of high pressure.<\/p>\n
Unfortunately, about half of the Memorial Day Weekend will be damp and chilly under the influence of a closed off upper level low and associated surface storm, but improvement will come thereafter as this low lifts out to the northeast. A building high pressure ridge takes over after that, but the advancing warmer air will probably result in a period of clouds and possible showers at some point during the middle of next week.<\/p>\n
