Our mild pattern has a few days left in it and by the middle of next week will have changed to a cooler than normal one. This will be helped along by a trio of cold frontal passages that will stair-step us down from the current mild spell. The first front will come through early Friday morning, the second front early Sunday morning, and the third late Tuesday night. Each of these fronts will bring a threat of rain showers to southeastern New England, but no widespread rains are anticipated. As a low pressure trough becomes established in central to eastern Canada, it will expand into the north central and northeastern USA as next week gets underway. This will finally send some colder mid Autumn air in this direction.<\/p>\n
