This will be happening because broad low pressure to the east of New England and a large scale trough and storm system in the Midwest will sandwich a narrow high pressure area over the northeastern US, extending down from a larger high over eastern Canada. The resultant weather for southeastern New England from this set-up will be cloudiness dominating with temperatures near to mostly below normal.<\/p>\n<p>The low pressure area from the west should finally push far enough east to bring its rain into the region by Thursday, tapering to showers at the end of the week but remaining somewhat unsettled right through the weekend as it takes a long while for that broad trough to push across the region.<\/p>\n<p>Forecast for southeastern New England&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>MONDAY: Partly sunny.
