\nCold front crosses the region today and this evening with lots of clouds and the threat of showers and a few thunderstorms. Cooler northerly flow overtakes the region for the weekend as high pressure centers itself north northwest of New England. This high should drop down over the region by Monday and Tuesday with fair weather, a couple very cool mornings, but milder afternoons especially by Tuesday.
