Tropical moisture lilely in the form of a tropical storm will pass south of New England Tuesday night and Wednesday and bring cloudiness, and possibly some rain onto the South Coast as well but this will not turn out to be a major storm or anything lasting. A cold front will cross the region Thursday and deliver a cool air mass to end the week and start September.
