\nHigh pressure moves in today and hangs around through Tuesday. A storm moves rapidly into the region Wednesday before cold air has a chance to fully exit, and therefore will start as snow. A change to rain will occur in parts of the region with current thinking based on expected track of storm that the rain\/snow line will move somewhere into the I-95 or I-495 belts north of Boston.
