Weak low pressure passes south of the region later Friday but should keep most of its precipitation (snow\/mix) to the south of the region. Dry weather is back for the start of the weekend. The next storm system looks like a Great Lakes Cutter which may have just enough cold air to work with at the start for snow\/mix at the onset but this looks like a mainly rain event as milder air will win out.
