According to Dr. Fauci, middle and high schoolers “should” be able to go maskless in the fall.
I just do not get it. Dr Fauci of all people should know every single thing Joshua posted yesterday.
Although, I suspect all schools may go maskless and eliminate distancing. DESE is going along with the CDC and school committees who have the final say (unless riley takes that away also) are starting to go with DESE
I should add that is suspect some or all summer schools may go maskless
As of now DESE has said masks are not required outside for recess and gym. Also there is no distancing required
Sports teams in all schools are allowed to go maskless during play.
I believe going maskless in schools for the fall is assuming most students will get vaccinated over the summer.
A seven year old was chatting with one of my kids. This is not Sutton. She said they no longer have to wear masks outside or distance at school. She mentioned teachers still do. Her comment was it seemed it should be the other way around since teachers have been vaccinated and kids have not.
If only adults retained some of the common sense they had as children
C-19 for 5-22 is ready.
