1 in 500 U.S. deaths due to COVID-19. 🙁
According to Scott Gottlieb, former commissioner of the FDA, “SARS-CoV-2 will become an endemic virus settling alongside the other four strains of coronaviruses that circulate widely among us.” In February, according to 9 of 10 leading immunologists and virologists along with other experts surveyed by the British scientific journal Nature, it’s here to stay.
Joshua, I wonder if you have any information on vaccines for 12 and up. I know the UK was researching whether there should be the first vaccine only and eliminating the second. I haven’t heard anything as to whether the US is researching this.
Thank you
I just saw this. First, kudos to New England. I wonder what the reason is for the one vs two shot difference. I was assuming time to get second but now wonder if some are stopping at one
I am really concerned that we have not seen Dr S since he has not been feeling well.
Was that due to the vaccination? I forget what is condition was/is.
At one point he thought that it might have been from the
Philips CPAP as he stated he had all the symptoms.
I hope he is OK. He has been missed around here.
Perhaps TK knows what’s up?
I had the same sense, JPD.
Yes, hoping Dr. S is allright.
Vicki, I’ve seen the UK recommendation of a single dose for the 12-15 year old group. I don’t know what to make of it. I think they’re being cautious given the small risk of myocarditis.
C-19 / 9-19 / ready.
