I do think that Europe/UK are entering the 2nd wave. Europe/UK had the virus under control, but let it slip away. Spain’s death toll is quite high. France is heading in that direction. Other nations are seeing hospitalization spikes. It’s fairly widespread across Europe. Even Sweden is now seeing sizable clusters. Predictable, as I didn’t think Sweden had achieved herd immunity by any stretch of the imagination.
I’ll speak to my daughter tomorrow. I’ll probably postpone the trip no matter what.
According to Mayor Walsh, cases are going up in the city of Boston again. It is headed in the “red” zone.
This is what I was afraid of. And with absolutely no leadership In this country and the possibility of our heading to a second phase during flu season and having never gotten phase 1 in control. Heaven help us

New York City is seeing a significant uptick in cases. Not good. For those who thought – I admit, I was one of them – NYC was approaching a kind of herd immunity. Not so fast. The reason I worry so much about a NYC outbreak is the density of population.
