6. Ok, back to weather. Not too cold tonight but I guess its going to drop some. Job for 3am was scratched. Pete has the s word in his Tuesday forecast, and said some places will be cold enough to stick. Also saying although we will experience some cold, the extreamly cold that has been advertised, we will miss the brunt of that. What’s up for that storm around MLK weekend.

      1. It’s right on, very patchy inside 495, the heavier snowcover u can see is west of most of us, even u Vicki 🙂 the Charlie line has passed northwest of your area, goodnight all 🙂

         1. Charlie since I live here I think ill go with what I see which is 1-2 inches as the map says. Not playing the Charlie line any more. It’s broken

      2. There’s reports that west of u are bare, just southeast of Worcester also, Charlie line is in Worcester cty

      3. The Charlie line is that solid dark green from Worcester cty north and west, anybody east of that is patchy snowcover and alot of bare areas as u can see in that map, I gotta go to bed 🙂

8. Looks like the Euro NAO forecast settled down today and had somewhat similar outcomes on the 00z and 12z runs.

11. Thanks Vicki for those Boomtown memories! I almost forgot about the ending song “Hoofbeats”. I know the tune but am not as exact to the words as the opening song. 😀

    Sadly, most who post here are either too young or more likely weren’t even born when Rex Trailer left the air let alone when his show was in its prime. I guess I came along somewhere in the middle. I do vaguely remember his sidekick Pablo. I have most memories of Cactus Pete and Sgt. Billy (O’Brien). 😉

    1. I remember them all but unlike you didnt remember the words. I discovered my husband knew of him but never watched the show since he didnt live in the states.
