Was able to book a Covid booster and flu shot – same appointment – at Walgreen’s. Was not able to do so at CVS, at least none in my area. I’m set for September 29th, a bit earlier than I had said I would be getting the shots.
Covid is on the rise again in Massachusetts and most regions in the Northeast. It’s particularly evident in the wastewater; and less so in numbers of cases. The latter depends on reporting. Most home tests are not reported. Let’s hope this is a last gasp. We’ll know more by next week. I’ll be looking for genomic sequencing data to see if one of the newer sub-variants is playing a role.
