  1. Happy Sunday. Thank you, TK.

It is 42 in Sutton currently so I suspect we were down near 40 also, JPD.

  2. Thanks TK!

I had to turn on heat for the second time this season. The first was for Jose. I just keep it on to take off the chill throughout the house. I shut it off this morning before leaving for work. I would rather not have to turn it on at all prior to Columbus Day weekend. Oh well.

    1. Three year old grandson and I turned the fireplace on, but my son pointed out it may have been a tad counterproductive as I also have windows open. 🙂

  3. terrible that we have a 40 year old QB in MVP form paired with the worst Patriot defense in probably 25 years (or more)

    1. That sums it up pretty nicely.

What a REJECT Gilmore is. PAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATHETIC!!! Send him packing!!!

      1. They still could have won this game if it weren’t for shithead
Gilmore’s STUPID penalties. They had Caroline stopped
on that last drive, except that SHIT for brains committed an unforgivable penalty.

  4. But damn they give you a bang for your buck. I’m just not sure I can’t take it at my age.

If you think about it, we have these same discussions every fall. I think they are teasing us 🙂 😉 😈

  5. I wasn’t kidding in the slightest week 1 when I said the Pats would need to average 40 on offense to be competitive. Without Brady at the helm, they’d be well on their way to 3-13. They still might be, but it’s amazing they can still hold games close with the defense they have.

    1. What defense? They don’t have one at all. Not even close.
They couldn’t stop my dead grand mother!(@*&#*(!@(*#&!(*

  6. Hightower was back watch him being unleashed on Thursday. Gilmore and Rowe are crap, Butler has all the right to be mad that someone with half of his skill is getting paid so much. Patriots might have a top 5 offense but I rather see a patriots offense around 10 and a defense around 1 to 15

  7. I never thought I would say this but I am having better vibes from the Red Sox than the Patriots. A Duck Boat parade may be more likely the last weeks of 2017 than the first weeks of 2018. It may be interesting…and not in the way most imagine.

  8. If I may….and since no one is here to tell me I may’nt…..this team has given its fans more than any other team…and if that isn’t an absolute, it is darn close.

We need to support them when they are not winning just as we support them when they are. In truth, they need the support more when they are not.

The game was a cliff hanger. Win or lose, it was great. They’ll figure out their problems and if they don’t……well, they don’t.

Just food for thought from an old, old lady 😉

    1. I’m fine with 2-2 other than stupid penalties by the same person 2 times, and botched plays by another person, 3 times.

Adjustments will be made. I am not worried about the team.

        1. Let’s hope that the removal of Rowe and Gilmore are part of the adjustments. 😉

    1. Early call is that most of the weekend is fair but somewhere a fast-moving low may come by with a period of rain, depending on timing. We’re going to transition from a cool NW flow Friday to warm southerly flow by Sunday or early the following week, and that is usually accompanied at least briefly by unsettled weather.

  9. Hello whw Family. I am planing on taking my girlfriend to the white Mountains in NH for fall foilage. We are going on the 14th and 15th of October. Is this peak time for fall foilage for that area? Everytime I look online I get different dates.
    Any advice will be appreciated!

  10. You are the voice of rational thinking as usual Vicki. 🙂

The issue though is why Gilmore kept emphasizing “communication” in his post game interview. What does communication have to do with a “hands to the face” penalty??

    1. it was more than him and his hands, Harmon, Butler, Mcourty and Chung greatly improved, they had to try and cover Gilmore and Eric Rowes numskull mistakes, Gilmore was not worth that money and we should of used that money to give what Butler and ryan wanted.

  11. New post! I am also going to put a link to SAK’s latest blog in the comments section…
