The only highly vaccinated country to have essentially reached herd immunity is Israel. It’s an anomaly as it has very strict border control (as well as mandatory quarantines and testing for those – including vaccinated – who do enter the country), a green pass system which only allows vaccinated persons into venues like restaurants, coffee shops, etc …
